Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be sent via Australia Post Express Post. You will receive a tracking number in your shipment email. Express Shipping is 2-4 business days for Australia and 4-7 days for New Zealand. Remote customers we will do our best to get it to you as quick as possible.

All orders under $79 are shipped Express at a flat rate of $6.99
Express shipping is FREE for orders over $79.00
Surfboards attract a $50 delivery fee in Australia

Delivery to New Zealand...

All orders shipped express at a flat rate of $19.95
Surfboards attract a $150.00 delivery fee

Returns and Replacements

For change of mind...

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, all purchases must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.Any product being returned for change of mind must be:

  1. In its original condition
  2. Unworn, unmarked and unwashed
  3. Tags still attached

Online returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns for a refund or exchange cannot be completed in-store. To post your order back to our warehouse, post your item back to the following address:

RUSTY ONLINE, PO BOX 1327, OSBORNE PARK, WA, 6916.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any orders. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, therefore, we recommend sending via trackable method for peace of mind. 

For faulty products...

Returns due to a faulty product will be accepted by Rusty within a reasonable time after purchase, after which we will make a full assessment of the product. We will judge all returns of faulty products on a case by case basis. To obtain a replacement or refund, you will need to provide evidence of the purchase and fault with photographs and/or receipts. For more information regarding returns please email online@rusty.com.au

International Duty + GST

At this stage we only ship internationally to New Zealand, and orders over NZD$175.00 will generally incur customs taxes in New Zealand. Rusty has no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they will be once your parcel has arrived in New Zealand.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Rusty will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Rusty will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

Payments

We accept PayPal and Credit Card (Visa and Master Card) and AferPay on our site.

Paypal Payments are processed directly through PayPal. Paypal transactions will appear on your statement as “PAYPAL*VEGASENTERP”.  

Credit Card payments are processed securely through Braintree Payments. 

AfterPay payments are processed directly through AfterPay, and repayments are based on total cost and your individual payment history.

These terms and conditions govern the use of this site and to purchase product from our online store. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Rusty reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it and that payment has been approved. Upon receipt of your order we will not accept any changes or decline your order for any reasons requested. Our online concierge will send you a further email confirming shipment of your order.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment and if we are out of stock of the product you have ordered. We have the right to refuse acceptance of your order at our sole discretion. If we cancel your order you will receive an email from us outlining the reasons and a full refund will be issued within 48 hours of the cancellation.

Promotions

Promotions, discounts and promotional codes are valid for the specified time period for online purchases of goods only. Promotions are valid for use on Rusty Australia's web site https://au.rusty.com only. For promotions requiring a minimum order amount, charges for shipping and credits do not count towards the minimum order amount requirement. Promotions can’t be combined with other promotions or promotion codes. Promotions do not apply to shipping, GST or duties or similar services. If goods were purchased with a promotion and subsequently returned, you will be issued a credit or refund at the promotional price and, if the promotion has expired, it cannot then be applied to a replacement or future order. Promotions can’t be applied retroactively to previously placed orders or to orders that have been adjusted. Promotional items are available only while stocks last. Rusty at its sole discretion, can extend or terminate a promotion at any time.
